Courtney Hynes is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in building high-performing teams across various sectors. Co-Founder and Principal Recruiter at Lunera Talent since April 2025, Courtney specializes in partnering with startups and investor-backed teams to rapidly assemble talent for product, go-to-market, and leadership roles. Previously at Meta from November 2016 to April 2025, Courtney led a global recruiting team of over 30 individuals, focusing on hiring Production Engineers, as well as talent for UX Research, Content Design, and Product Management. Earlier roles included serving as a Talent Advisor at Egencia, leading full-cycle recruitment for North America, and consulting for staffing at Microsoft and Razorfish. Courtney holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business and Marketing from the University of Washington.
