Julia Schlueter, Ed.D

Julia Schlueter, Ed.D has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Julia currently serves as the Head of Operations at Lunewave Inc. since December 2019. Previous to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at zSpace, Inc. from March 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. from December 2014 to March 2015. Julia also worked at Payment Processing, Inc. (PayPros) as the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for a decade, from 2004 to 2014. Before that, they held the role of Executive Coach at Drake Beam Morin from 1997 to 1999. Julia'searliest work experience was at Applied Materials, Inc. where they worked as a Manager in Customer Satisfaction and Business Processes. At Applied Materials, they also worked as a Human Resources Development Specialist, designing and delivering corporate Management Development training programs and global workshops.

Julia Schlueter, Ed.D has a strong educational background. Julia holds a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Education (M.Ed) in Counseling Psychology at Wichita State University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Arizona State University.

In addition to their degrees, Julia also obtained certifications in the field of human resources. Julia is a Human Capital Strategist (HCS) certified by the Human Capital Institute and a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certified by the Society for Human Resources Management.
