Justyna Goleniowska has extensive experience in training and talent management within the hospitality sector, currently serving as Training & Talent Manager at Lungarno Collection since March 2014. Prior to this role, Justyna was a Training and Quality Coordinator at Baglioni Hotels and also held positions in customer support and education, including teaching Polish at The Language Exchange in Milano. Justyna has a Master's degree in Literature with a specialization in Teaching from the University of Silesia in Katowice and has completed professional development courses at TPC Leadership and 24ORE Business School.
