Marissa Kalashian

Marissa Kalashian is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve since July 2020. Additionally, Marissa has been with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since September 2013, holding roles as Manager of Training & Talent Innovation, Lawyer Development Specialist, and Lawyer Development Coordinator. Since May 2015, Marissa has also worked as an Indoor Cycling Instructor at various gyms. In July 2016, Marissa participated as an International Volunteer with Birthright Armenia, where responsibilities included instructing a leadership class and analyzing funding opportunities for civil organizations. Previous roles include Development & Administrative Coordinator at The Marine Mammal Center and Annual Giving Associate at Valley Animal Center. Marissa's education includes a Master's Degree in International Relations from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an International Business option from the same institution, supplemented by executive education at MIT Sloan and courses at UC Berkeley Extension and Universidad del País Vasco.
