Alain Williams

Alain Williams is a seasoned professional in DevSecOps with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a DevSecOps Specialist at Luno since May 2022, Alain previously held various leadership roles at Sanlam from June 2010 to May 2022, including DevSecOps Manager and Software Infrastructure Integration Team Lead. In these positions, Alain managed technical deployments to non-Production and Production environments, focusing on platforms such as JBoss, IIS, TIBCO, and Tomcat, while ensuring optimal application server performance. Alain began the career at Datacentrix as a Service Support Team Leader and Service Support Consultant from February 2008 to June 2010. Education includes a B.Com in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape, completed between 2003 and 2007.
