Carla Marie Franz is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and training. Since September 2018, Carla has held various roles at Luno, progressing from Customer Success Associate to Customer Success Senior Trainer, where significant achievements include leading training for launches in the US and Manila, developing training materials, and establishing policies for the Customer Success team.
