Prakash Salunke

Prakash Salunke, SHRM - SCP has a strong background in human resources, starting as an Associate at Galaxy Surfactants Ltd in 2004. Prakash then moved to Anchor by Panasonic in 2010 as the Regional HR Head before joining Lupin in 2011. At Lupin, they held various roles such as Manager HR, Head of HR in Aurangabad, Senior HR Manager, Associate Director of HR, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director.

Prakash Salunke, SHRM - SCP has a diverse education history, starting with a SSC from SRI VANI VIDYASHALA HIGHSCHOOL in 1996. Prakash then pursued an MBA in HR from the University of Mumbai in 2009 and continued their education with an MHRDM in Human Resources Development from Welingkar Institute of Management in the same year. In 2014, they completed an LLB (gen) degree in Law from the University of Mumbai. More recently, in 2019, Prakash obtained an Associate Fellow of Talent Management from The Wharton School and a Certificate in Employment Laws - US and Global from Cornell University ILR School. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained certifications as a GTML - Global Talent Management Leader and as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
