Vishal Kulkarni

Vishal Kulkarni has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager-HR at Lupin since May 2017, after progressing from the role of Senior Executive Human Resources at Lupin Pharmaceuticals from February 2014 to April 2017. Vishal's expertise encompasses SAP-HR, performance management systems, employee relations, and mediclaim settlements. Prior to Lupin, Vishal worked at TAL Manufacturing Solutions Limited as an Executive in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from December 2009 to February 2014, contributing to a company subsidiary of TATA Motors focused on manufacturing solutions. Vishal began the career as a management trainee at Endurance Magneti Marelli India Pvt Ltd for a brief period in 2009. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Human Resources from IICMR.
