Bob Hoffman

Bob Hoffman is the Chief Commercial Officer at Lupin Pharmaceuticals. Bob has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and has been with Lupin for 17 years.

Bob started at Lupin as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Bob was the first employee of the US Generic business, and was instrumental in developing the business plan and introducing 23 products to the market. Under their leadership, Lupin became the fastest growing new company, with a reputation for providing a customer-centric portfolio.

In May 2008, Bob was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales & Commercial Operations. In this role, they grew revenue to $600M+ annually with 70% AGM. Bob led a team of 24 commercial employees and managed the commercial supply chain by interfacing with 6 USFDA approved manufacturing plants. Bob also established a partnership with UPS for 3rd party distribution in the US.

Bob has been instrumental in Lupin’s success, and has played a key role in establishing the company as a leading player in the generic pharmaceutical market.

Bob Hoffman began their educational career at Carmel Catholic High School. Bob then went on to study business administration at Augustana College, where they focused on marketing and management.
