Jen Salt

Jen Salt has extensive experience in human resources management. Jen is currently working at Lupton Fawcett LLP as the Head of People and Performance and has been in this role since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at Perch Group from September 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they designed and implemented a performance management strategy and was responsible for re-structuring, redundancy, dismissal, and performance management. Jen also worked on strategic workforce planning and succession planning. Before Perch Group, Jen served as the Head of Human Resources at ORGANIC INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED from August 2017 to September 2019, where they devised and implemented HR strategies to shape and embed culture. Jen also has experience as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at A & M Seafoods from January 2017 to May 2017, where they managed complex ER cases, improved systems and processes, and implemented a performance management framework. Earlier in their career, Jen worked as a Human Resources Manager at GIDDY KIDS LIMITED from January 2006 to December 2016. In this role, they managed recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.

Jen Salt's education history includes attending Kirkham Grammar School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in HRM. Jen also studied at the University of Central Lancashire, earning an MSc in Human Resource Management.
