Michael Buchanan

Michael Buchanan is a Partner and Senior Associate Solicitor at Lupton Fawcett LLP, where involvement in commercial litigation has been ongoing since September 2006. Prior to this role, Michael gained valuable experience as a Solicitor at Mackinnon Jacobs Horton & Irving Pty from January 2003 to July 2006, initially starting as an articled clerk and later being admitted to practice, focusing on a diverse array of litigation, commercial, corporate, employment law, probate, disputed estates, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Michael holds a BA/LLB degree in Law, History, and Anthropology from The Australian National University, completed in 1999, and attended Albury High School from 1989 to 1993.
