David Pye

David Pye is a Lead Analyst in Commissioning & Research at LGA. Prior to their current role, David served as the Research Director at the National Foundation for Educational Research. With over two decades of experience, David has also served as Deputy Head of Commissioning and Research at Local Government Association. Additionally, David has a background in music as a first tenor at Nationa Youth Choir of Great Britain and as a first tenor lay clerk at Peterborough Cathedral. David holds a BA (Hons) in Politics/History, a Certificate of Education, and an MA in Education from Keele University.
