Denise Souedian-O'Leary

Denise Souedian-O'Leary is an accomplished project manager and business owner with extensive experience in community management and program development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at LURA Consulting since October 2023, Denise also owns The Lansdowne Cone ice cream parlour, overseeing operations, staffing, and business marketing. Previous roles include Director of Community Wealth Strategy at The Center for Social Innovation and various positions at the Centre for Social Innovation, demonstrating a strong commitment to social initiatives and community support. Denise's experience further includes managing transitional housing programs for youth at Palmer Home and developing youth-focused programs at RAFT and Ternopil Orphanage in Ukraine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Arts in Sexuality, Marriage and Family Studies, alongside studies in Organizational Leadership.
