Wade Issa has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Wade is currently serving as the Vice President of Innovation & Data at LURIN since May 2023. Prior to this, Wade worked at Trammell Crow Residential as the Senior Director of Data Analytics from April 2023 to May 2023, and as the Vice President of Data Architecture from January 2019 to April 2023. Before that, they were the Financial Manager at the same company from August 2016 to January 2019.

Wade also has experience working at Republic Property Group, where they started as an Investment Analyst in July 2008 and worked their way up to become the Director of Financial Analysis, a position they held until August 2016. Prior to that, Wade worked as a Financial Analyst at Generational Equity, LLC from December 2006 to July 2008. Their role involved conducting valuation and producing offering memorandums for middle market businesses. Overall, Wade has a strong background in data analytics, financial management, and business planning.

Wade Issa holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, which they obtained from Dallas Baptist University in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Baylor University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their academic degrees, Wade has also obtained certifications in various fields. In May 2022, they completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications at The University of Texas at Austin. Wade also obtained a certification in Data Science in Real Estate from MIT School of Architecture and Planning in May 2021.
