Thomas Aleweld is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation consulting and management. Since December 2017, Thomas has served as Managing Partner at Lurse, following a distinguished career at Aon Hewitt from April 1997 to October 2017, where Thomas held the roles of Partner and Senior Compensation Consultant. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Compensation Specialist at Commerzbank AG and as an HR Consultant at Arthur Andersen GmbH. Thomas began their career as a Compensation Consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants. Academically, Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Paderborn University, attained between 1984 and 1989, and completed education at Reismann Gymnasium from 1974 to 1983.
