Johannes Zimmer

Johannes Zimmer possesses extensive experience in the shipbuilding industry, currently serving as Group Leader Shipbuilding - Prefabrication and Block Building at Fr. Lürssen Werft GmbH & Co. KG since March 2009. In addition to this role, Johannes acts as Project Coordinator in the Naval Architecture design department, facilitating communication between various departments and stakeholders regarding structural design and naval architecture matters. Prior experience includes roles as Structural Detail Designer at L P Naval Consult Lasse Pache GmbH and a series of internships at Germanischer Lloyd, Blohm + Voss, and Meyer Werft GmbH & Co. KG. Johannes holds a Master of Business Administration from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule and a Bachelor of Engineering from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, with foundational studies at Hamburg University of Technology.
