Kurt Evans

Kurt Evans is President at Lusardi Construction where he brings 25 years of experience to spearhead strategic planning, manage the growth and development of the company, and run day-to-day operations. Evans uses his vast industry knowledge and problem-solving perspective to lead over 200 employees in maneuvering the continuously evolving construction landscape.

Earlier in his career at Lusardi Construction, Evans relocated to Northern California to establish a new Bay Area office from the ground up. For nearly 15 years, his knack for business and growth strategy, combined with his ability to inspire teams throughout the company, helped establish this new location’s strong foundation and continued success. Evans has significantly contributed to Lusardi Construction becoming one of the nation’s top private general contractors while previously holding multiple roles at the company including project manager and project engineer.

He is a long-time supporter of the Semper Fi Fund and Patriotic Service Dog Foundation, as well as a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).

Evans received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
