Nick Novak

Nick Novak is a Vice President at Lusardi Construction where he utilizes over 16 years of experience to provide executive oversight and project management on the most complex design and construction projects the company obtains. Novak’s industry knowledge spans several industries and building types, including high-tech facilities, educational buildings, corporate offices, retail spaces and healthcare entities.

Novak’s insight into the numerous multifaceted stages of construction as well as his strengths in problem solving, team management, and efficient collaboration make him a tremendous asset to Lusardi Construction. Throughout Novak’s career he has received several Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Awards for projects he has managed.

As an active leader in the community, Novak volunteers his time with Architecture Construction Engineering (ACE) Mentorship Program, Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), San Marcos Promise, and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).

He graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
