Andreia Garrett

Andreia Garrett is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and psychology. Currently serving as the HR Development & Culture Director at Lusíadas Saúde, Andreia has previously held significant roles at NOS SGPS, including Head of People Business Partners & Comp&Ben, as well as positions focused on talent management, compensation, and acquisition. Andreia's career also includes experience with Altice Portugal and Portugal Telecom, where roles in human resources were undertaken. Educationally, Andreia holds a post-graduation in Human Resources Management from the University of Lisbon and a Master's degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa.
