Nikola Saric has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as a Security Supervisor and Team Leader at Lustica Bay since June 2022. Previously, Nikola held roles at Porto Montenegro as a Security Controller, overseeing security agents and managing safety protocols. Earlier positions include Security Officer at Regent Porto Montenegro and ROLEX Petite Geneve Petrovic, where responsibilities involved guest safety and surveillance. Nikola also served as a Security Supervisor at ZG Security and Tosçelik Special Steel, where supervisory duties and incident reporting were key functions. Additional experience includes administrative and teaching roles, with a degree in Civilian Safety from the Faculty for Civilian Safety.
