David Lehi Ayala

David Lehi Ayala is a seasoned marketing research specialist at Luth Research since August 2018 and has been a CalTrans Crew Member at the Center for Employment Opportunities since June 2018. Prior to these roles, David served as a maintenance supervisor at Varsity Contractor from September 2009 to May 2012, overseeing 50 employees and training new hires in the cleaning industry. Additionally, David held positions as a senior real estate analyst at both Urban Property Search from April 2006 to May 2009 and Tran Closer Real Estate, Inc. from June 2001 to April 2009, where extensive expertise in real estate chain of title searches was developed, including significant projects for the US Environmental Protection Agency.
