Karen Gibbs

Karen Gibbs has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Karen currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Luther Manor, a Life Plan Community. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Aria Health. Karen also held the role of VP Nursing/CNO at Aurora West Allis Medical Center and Director of Nursing at the same institution. Before that, they worked as a Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Nursing at Extendicare Inc. Karen's earlier experiences include working as a CNO at HealthSouth, Director of Medical Surgical and Orthopedic Units at Jackson Hospital, and Staff Nurse at Baptist Medical Center.

Karen Gibbs has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Auburn University at Montgomery. Karen also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Management from El Paso Community College. Additionally, Karen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Walden University, as well as a Master of Nursing in Nursing Administration from the same institution. Karen has obtained certifications as a Nurse Executive from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and as a Registered Nurse and Nursing Home Administrator from the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services.
