Melissa Schweigert, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Lutheran Bible Translators since September 2016. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Conagra Brands from 2015 to 2016 and held the position of Chief Administrative Assistant at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service from 2011 to 2015. Melissa began their career as a Receptionist at Southeast Missouri State University, where employment lasted from 2009 to 2011.
