Jayne Tettenborn

Jayne Tettenborn, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jayne is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Lakeland Care from 2019 to 2021. Jayne also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Lakeland Care in 2019. Before joining Lakeland Care, Jayne was the AVP, Human Resources Manager at First State Bank - New London, WI from 2016 to 2019. Jayne has also held positions at StayWell as a Wellness Program Manager in 2015 and at Agnesian HealthCare as a Wellness Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from 2001 to 2013. Jayne started their career as a Health and Wellness Intern at Mayo Clinic's Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center in 2012. Jayne began their professional journey as a Human Resources Intern at Plexus from 2000 to 2001.

Jayne Tettenborn, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science and Health Promotion, as well as a minor in Wellness from the same university. Jayne Tettenborn has also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2016. Jayne Tettenborn has completed the HR Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
