Angela Grady

Angela Grady has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Angela is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lutheran Hour Ministries, where they oversee strategic HR leadership and organizational development. Prior to this, Angela held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at HealthTrust Purchasing Group from 2019 to 2021. Angela also worked as the Executive Director of Human Resources at ROi Resource Optimization & Innovation from 2017 to 2019, where they provided guidance on strategic and operational issues. Angela's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Mercy from 2014 to 2017, Manager of Human Resources at Mercy from 2013 to 2014, and Human Resources Manager at Mercy from 2010 to 2013. Angela also worked at Express Scripts as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Generalist from 2007 to 2010. Angela's career began at American Water as a Human Resources Generalist from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at HBE Corporation and The Newberry Group, where they developed and implemented recruitment strategies. Angela's extensive experience in HR and leadership positions highlights their expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Angela Grady attended DeVry from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications Management. Following this, they enrolled in Webster University from 2005 to 2007, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management.
