Michele Lenni is an accomplished visual storyteller with extensive experience in digital media and social media management. Currently serving as a Visual Storyteller at Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry and a Digital Storyteller at Up Close Creative, Michele leverages documentary-style photography, videography, animation, and graphics across various visual social media platforms. Previous roles include Social Media Manager at the Great Lakes Science Center, where Michele developed major social media channels and managed website content, and Digital Media Producer / Brand Experience Manager at the United Way of Greater Cleveland, focusing on visual storytelling to enhance community engagement and brand awareness. Michele’s background also includes significant contributions at Forest City, William Paid LLC, Gothamist.com, AWT World Trade Inc., and Lohan Anderson, showcasing a diverse range of skills in marketing, copywriting, graphic design, and content creation. Michele holds a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism & Mass Communication from Kent State University.

Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry (LMM) is a 54 year-old non-profit providing innovative social enterprise job-training, civic engagement strategies and safety net services for the city of Cleveland and across northeastern Ohio. The mission leads LMM to operate programs that change lives, transform communities and enliven community engagement. We serve through advocacy, convening, and programs, which include Housing & Shelter, Workforce Development, and Health & Wellness Services.
