Natasha Lovelace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, mental health advocacy, and leadership roles within both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Community Resource Partner at Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry since January 2023, Natasha is also an Army veteran with active duty service in OEF from 2011 to 2012. Previously, Natasha held positions including Platoon Staff Sergeant in the 838 MP CO, Family Advocate at West Side Community House, and Dietary Manager at Highland Springs, showcasing a diverse skill set in supervision, training, and advocacy. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Cleveland State University and a Managing Cosmetology License from Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy. Natasha's commitment to mental health and gun violence awareness complements a robust professional background that reflects strong leadership and community support.

Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry (LMM) is a 54 year-old non-profit providing innovative social enterprise job-training, civic engagement strategies and safety net services for the city of Cleveland and across northeastern Ohio. The mission leads LMM to operate programs that change lives, transform communities and enliven community engagement. We serve through advocacy, convening, and programs, which include Housing & Shelter, Workforce Development, and Health & Wellness Services.
