Tara Patton Kepley has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Tara recently worked as a Brand Ambassador at Three starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Advocate at Green Compass Global, Ltd. from November 2020 onwards.

Before transitioning into the marketing and advocacy roles, Tara held various administrative and management positions at Twin Lakes Community. Tara served as the Administrator of Moneta Springs Memory Care and the Deacon Pointe Assisted Living Administrator. Earlier in their tenure, they worked as an Assistant Administrator of Coble Healthcare and Deacon Pointe Assisted Living and as a Resident Services Coordinator. In the latter role, Tara was responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of approximately 550 independent living residents to the community and attending to their medical needs.

Further back in their career, Tara worked as a Program Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In this role, they organized successful fundraising events and managed a budget of nearly $1 million. Tara also played a key role in recruitment and training for the organization.

Before joining the non-profit sector, Tara gained experience in sales at Embassy Suites/DoubleTree Guest Suites. Tara also worked as a Software Engineer at Springs Industries.

Tara Patton Kepley has a diverse educational background. Tara obtained a Masters Certificate in Gerontology from Appalachian State University from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the same university between 1993 and 1998.

Their educational journey began at Western Alamance High School, where they completed their high school education from 1990 to 1993.

In addition to their degrees, Tara has also obtained two certifications. In 2015, they became a Certified Aging in Place Specialist from NHBA. Earlier, in 2011, they obtained the Certified Aging Services Professional certification from CASP, University of North Texas.
