Allison Horvath

Allison Horvath is an experienced HR Associate at Lutheran Senior Services, where employment has been ongoing since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative, Trainer, and Baker at Heaven Scent Bakery from May 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included training new employees and assisting with managerial decisions. Allison also served as a Community Development Intern for the St. Louis Blues from September 2016 to May 2017, managing special events and in-game auctions. Additionally, as a Resident Advisor at Lindenwood University from August 2015 to May 2016, Allison provided mentorship and developed a supportive environment for residents. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management was obtained from Lindenwood University in 2017.
