Miranda Pan

Miranda PAN currently serves as the Associate Director of HR Operations at Sun Life, beginning in August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of the HR Solutions Center for Asia Pacific at Arrow Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, Workday enablement, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives from September 2021 to August 2025. Miranda also held the position of People Operations Manager for Asia at Flexport from November 2018 to January 2021, overseeing HR operations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and governance. Prior to Flexport, a tenure as Human Resources Manager for Greater China at CLASQUIN involved comprehensive HR functions across seven offices. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager Region Southwest at Siemens, where responsibilities spanned HR business partnering, recruitment, and employee relations across Western China, along with roles as a Human Resources Consultant and Officer in Southern China.
