Fady Lous

Fady Lous has extensive experience as a chaplain, currently serving at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries since December 2019. Prior to this role, Fady held chaplain positions at AT Home Care and Hospice of Northern Virginia, where responsibilities included bereavement coordination. Fady's healthcare chaplaincy experience also includes a position at VCU Health. In a pastoral capacity, Fady served as Senior Pastor at a Presbyterian church in Egypt from May 2006 to August 2013. Fady has a Master of Science in Clinical Pastoral Counseling/Patient Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University and holds multiple theological degrees, including an STM in Church History from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg and an M.A.T.S. in Middle Eastern Christianity from Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo.
