Pam Johnson has a diverse work experience in the senior services industry. Pam began their career at Cardinal Ritter Senior Services in 1997 as an Administrator of Assisted Living, where they worked until 1999. In 1999, they joined Lutheran Senior Services - In Home Services as a Training Coordinator, responsible for developing and facilitating employee training programs. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources, where they managed the HR department until the present.
