Charlene Bouch

Charlene Bouch is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Lutheran SeniorLife since March 2019, Charlene has also held the role of Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, at Highmark Health from September 2016 to December 2018, Charlene worked as an Employee Relations Consultant, focusing on issue resolution and policy interpretation for the Allegheny Health Network Hospitals. Charlene's extensive experience with the West Penn Allegheny Health System/Allegheny Health Network included positions such as Employee & Labor Relations Specialist and Sr. Human Resources Consultant, where responsibilities included implementing labor relations strategies and providing counsel on HR issues. Earlier career roles at the Easter Seal Society of Western PA involved supporting HR functions for a large non-profit organization. Charlene holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from La Roche University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
