Bob Bialas

Bob Bialas is the EVP of Children & Head Start Services at LUTHERAN SERVICES FLORIDA INC. Bob has over 20 years of experience in early childhood health and safety. Bob has worked with the Indian Health Service as an Early Childhood Health and Safety Specialist. Bob has also coordinated communication efforts between Head Start programs and federal health care partners to ensure preventive oral health care and treatment are being completed. Bob has also designed and provided Head Start environmental health and safety training to IHS and Tribal Sanitarians and Environmental Health personnel who are responsible for inspection and consultation services to Tribal Early Head Start and Head Start Programs.

Bob Bialas' educational career consists of a BS in Environmental Health from Illinois State University.

They are on a team with Christine Cauffield - EVP & CEO of LSF Health Systems, Phil Hubbell - Executive of Human Resources, and Amelia Fox - Chief Strategy Officer. Bob Bialas reports to Samuel M. Sipes, President & CEO.
