Alesia Frerichs currently serves as President and CEO of Lutheran Services in America, a national network dedicated to transforming lives and communities, impacting one in 50 Americans annually. Previously, Alesia held the position of Vice President for Member Engagement at the same organization, where efforts focused on harnessing the power of 300 health and human services organizations to promote innovation and equity. Alesia's experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Sapere Consulting, specializing in organizational and digital transformation, and as an Entrepreneur and Business Owner at AgVantage LLC, working with clients such as The National Park Foundation and Johns Hopkins Healthcare. Alesia's career began at MCI Worldcom as a Director, and education includes a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from The George Washington University and a Master’s in Economics from St. Olaf College.
