Dave Bond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in actuarial services and board leadership. Currently serving as Board Chair for Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland and Board President for Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County, MD, Dave also holds the position of Managing Partner at Continuing Care Actuaries, a firm specializing in health care financing and actuarial issues. Additionally, Dave is a member of the Board of Directors for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, contributing to the organization's mission of providing health services in the region.
