Kim Bouldin-Jones has extensive experience in health education and non-profit leadership. Currently serving as a Health Teacher and Coordinator of the health program at John Burroughs School since August 1999, Kim also contributes to the Counseling Department. In addition, Kim holds positions as 2nd Vice Chair of the Board for Doorways Interfaith AIDS Housing and Services, Advisory Board Member for the School of Communications at Webster University, and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Global Youth Leadership Institute. Kim Bouldin-Jones is involved in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the Francis Howell Board of Education Advisory and serves as Executive Director of Medical Facility Aid, an organization dedicated to improving healthcare in developing countries. As the owner of KBJ Consulting, Kim specializes in HIV/global disease prevention and women's education. Past experience includes a consulting role with Pontifical Healthcare for Pastoral Care in Vatican City and leadership in disease intervention and education at St. Louis Effort For AIDS. Kim Bouldin-Jones holds a BA in Communications and completed graduate studies at Webster University.

DOORWAYS, an interfaith non-profit organization, provides housing and related supportive services to improve the quality of life and health outcomes for people affected by HIV/AIDS. Currently celebrating its 33rd anniversary, DOORWAYS has grown from a singular apartment building in 1988, to a multi-million dollar organization with seven housing complexes located throughout the City of St. Louis, a residential care facility and numerous assistance programs to encourage those affected by HIV/AIDS to live courageously. Through direct service delivery and the efforts of identified program partners, DOORWAYS’ programs and services span the 15-county St. Louis metropolitan area, 62 under-served counties in outstate Missouri and another 56 under-served counties in outstate Illinois. As one of the most comprehensive AIDS housing programs in the nation, DOORWAYS offers a range of living options designed to meet the diverse needs of the HIV- affected population. The organization assists over 600 adults and 300 children each month. DOORWAYS, an IRC 501(c)3 tax-exempt Missouri nonprofit corporation, is registered to solicit funds for charitable purposes in Missouri and Illinois. DOORWAYS only solicits such charitable contributions in MO and IL.
