Kelli Urbanek

Kelli Urbanek is a communications professional with a solid background in public relations and effective team leadership. Currently serving as a Communications Intern at Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida, Inc. since September 2022, Kelli previously held various roles, including Team Leader at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where responsibilities included customer service excellence and training team members. Other experience encompasses a Marketing and Public Relations Internship at Primfolio, where Kelli created social media content and press releases, and serving as Editor and Chief Marketing Chair of the student newsletter at Palm Beach Atlantic University, managing communications for over 4,000 subscribers. Kelli also contributed as Chief Financial Officer for Coastal Communications & Media LLC, focusing on non-profit awareness campaigns. A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Kelli's diverse skill set and experience in project management and marketing strategy enhance community engagement and outreach efforts.
