Kerron Norman has extensive experience in the social services sector. Kerron currently serves as the Chief Program Officer at Lutheran Social Services of New York since 2018. Previously, they held the role of Vice President and Chief Program Officer at ANDRUS from 2015 to 2018, where they played a crucial role in organizational development and maintained strong external relationships.
