Previous roles include serving as Regional Technical Advisor for Monitoring and Evaluation for Asia and the Middle East, Executive Director at Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO Nepal), and Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor at the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV). Other notable positions held involve M&E Officer at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Program Assistant at the European Commission, and various roles at South Asian Partnership Nepal and Plan International.
