Wale Lamidi-Hammed

Staff Coordinator For President Office And HR at Lutheran World Relief

Wale Lamidi-Hammed is an experienced professional currently serving as the Staff Coordinator for the President's office and HR at Lutheran World Relief since April 2016. Prior to this role, Wale worked at IKEA London as a Sales Assistant from 2013 to 2014, where effective problem-solving and teamwork were essential during peak sales periods. Wale also gained experience as an HR Intern at IKEA from May to November 2013, managing HR databases and assisting in training delivery for managers and supervisors. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an HR Administrative Assistant at Asset Chemist from July 2011 to August 2013. Wale holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with first-class honors in Human Resources Management and Employment Law from London Metropolitan University (2011-2014). Additionally, Wale has academic qualifications from the University of Ibadan (2005-2007).
