Eldon Duchscher

Eldon Duchscher is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in community engagement and public affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at LutherCare Communities since June 2023, Duchscher previously held significant roles at Saskatchewan Health Authority, where contributions as Senior Specialist - Community Engagement and Communications Lead spanned from May 2017 to June 2023. Prior communications experience includes a role at the Saskatchewan office of the Advocate for Children and Youth and a directorial position in public affairs at the University of Calgary – Qatar. Duchscher's background also features leadership in communications at the Faculty of Social Work University of Calgary and a longstanding tenure at Saskatoon Media Group. An alumnus of the University of Saskatchewan with a B. COMM in Marketing, Duchscher further enhanced skills at The Banff Centre in 2014.
