Jiri Baca has a rich and diverse work experience in the banking and telecommunications industries. Jiri began their career at Komerční banka, where they held various roles in retail and corporate banking for six years. Jiri then moved to HVB Bank Czech Republic, where they served as the Regional Manager for Business clients segment - Moravia, followed by roles as the Head of division Business clients and the Head of Distribution (Retail and SME).
In 2005, Jiri joined Citibank as the Vice President, Head of Sales and Distribution (Retail and SME) & Member of the Board. After two years, they moved to PPF as the MD of Home Credit Bank Ukraine for a brief period. Jiri then became the CEO of mBank Czech Republic, a subsidiary of the Commerzbank group, for a year and a half.
In 2009, Jiri joined GE Money Bank as the Chief Commercial Banking Officer & Member of the Board. After four years, they transitioned to Vodafone, where they held the position of COO, Vice President before becoming the CEO of Vodafone Czech Republic. Jiri led Vodafone Czech Republic for a year before leaving the company.
Most recently, Jiri founded LutherOne and became its CEO in 2018.
