Veronika Mershon

Veronika Mershon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Veronika is currently employed as the Head of HR & Administration at LutherOne, a position they assumed in September 2022. Prior to this, Veronika was a HR Business Partner at LutherOne from August 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining LutherOne, Veronika worked as a Court Appointed Translator/Interpreter, specializing in Czech-English translations and interpretations. Veronika started their freelance career in July 2006 and continues to provide these services to date.

Veronika also has extensive experience in HR roles. Veronika was a HR Consultant at Komerční banka from July 2014 to December 2019 and previously held the position of HR Generalist from May 2012 to June 2014. Additionally, they worked as a HR Consultant at learn2grow from March 2011 to March 2012, where they conducted executive search and recruitment activities.

Veronika's early career involved various roles at Philip Morris CR, a.s. from 1997 onwards. Veronika held positions such as International Assignments Executive (Global Mobility) from September 2004 to August 2006, HR projects from May 2002 to August 2004, Compensation & Benefits Analyst from March 2001 to April 2002, and Training & Development Officer from September 1997 to February 2001.
