Cassie McDonald is an experienced Employment Advisor at Lutherwood since December 2010, specializing in assessing individual employment barriers and facilitating access to job placement and training programs. Previously, Cassie worked as a Job Developer at vpi inc, where responsibilities included connecting clients with suitable employers and coaching them on interview strategies. Cassie has also held roles as a Case Manager/Assessor at vpi inc and as an Employment Consultant at Express Employment Professionals, where duties involved recruiting, training, and managing clients for job placements.
