Currently, Melvyn is responsible for overseeing the corporate office, factories, and guest houses at Luthra Group Of Companies. Prior to this, Melvyn held the title of Head Utilities & Group Administration Head at Carnival Cinemas, where Melvyn managed housekeeping, security, fire & safety, pest control, and more for multiple multiplexes across India. With a Master of Business Administration degree in HR, Melvyn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of administration.
