Joe Stephenson

Joe Stephenson is an experienced football analyst currently serving as the First Team Analyst at Luton Town Football Club since July 2024. Prior to this role, Joe worked as the First Team Opposition Analyst at Middlesbrough FC from August 2022 to July 2024 and held the position of Head of Academy Analysis at Swansea City Football Club from August 2021 to August 2022. Joe’s background also includes roles as a Loans & Recruitment Analyst and PDP Performance Analyst at Wolves, and coaching positions at THE SOCCER AKIDEMY LIMITED and Hepworth United JFC. Joe's experience in performance analysis began with internships as an Academy Performance Analyst at both Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Performance Analysis from the University of Worcester and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Sheffield Hallam University, complementing a robust career in football analysis and coaching.
