Alain Dufait has extensive work experience in the food industry, primarily with the company Cargill. Alain started as an Assistant Production Manager in 1995 and went on to hold various roles such as Operations Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Malt Sales Manager in different regions. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the General Manager for Malt Europe and the Global Operations Manager for Malt.
