Brian Berdy

Brian Berdy currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Lutron Electronics, a position held since August 2009, where responsibilities include driving improvements in the manufacturing of both new and existing products. Prior to this role, Brian Berdy advanced through various leadership positions at Lutron Electronics, including Sr. Director of Global Manufacturing Improvement, Director of Global Manufacturing Improvement, Director of Purchasing, and Director of Quality, starting in June 1994. Brian Berdy holds an MBA in marketing and finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completed between 2002 and 2004, and a degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
