Kelly Facchiano

Kelly Facchiano is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in eCommerce. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager for eCommerce at Lutron Electronics since October 2021, Kelly previously held roles such as Director of eCommerce at Alaffia and Director of eCommerce Strategy at Factory LLC. Prior to this, Kelly had a long tenure at Rodale Inc., reaching the position of Vice President of Business Operations, where leadership spanned operations, finance, and eCommerce initiatives, contributing significantly to profit improvement and operational efficiency. Kelly holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin & Marshall College.
